I’m a woman in my 60s who is trying to age gracefully while living the healthiest and happiest life I can. Like many people, I’ve discovered that there is a lot to learn about aging, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and overall health. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and confusing when there is so much information and so many different opinions.
One of my personal goals is to live longer than my mother, who lived to the age of 92. While none of us can predict the future, that goal motivates me to learn more, make healthier choices, and take better care of myself every day.
I started this blog to share what I’m learning along the way. I’m not a doctor or a health expert. I’m simply someone who is curious, wants to improve her health, and enjoys learning new things. As I discover helpful information, practical tips, and ideas that make sense to me, I’ll share them here in hopes that they may help others on their own journey.
My goal is not to have all the answers. My goal is to keep learning, keep growing, and encourage others who are trying to make the most of the years ahead. Healthy aging isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making small changes, staying consistent, and continuing to move forward.
Through this blog, I’ll be sharing what I’m learning about healthy aging, wellness, nutrition, fitness, mindset, and healthy living. I’ll also share some of my own experiences, successes, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
When I’m not working on the blog, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying a good cup of coffee, caring for my pets, and working on my various online projects.
